I know the Drop-in club was on Galindo St. across from Walgreens.
The Playgirl club may have been on Clayton road. Not positive I was pretty young back then...

According to telephone directory back in the day, The Playgirl was located at 1828 Salvio in Concord, which is just around the block from Walgreens. Maybe this was the district, or they were confused and in the same place. I was not able to ascertain location nor listing of Drop In, but phone numbers for Playgirl were as follows: 682-9799 and 689-8214

Earliest phone book at PHill Library was 1956, an excellent read

I was Jenny's age when I moved to Concord a few weeks later. I always love seeing vintage Concord or East Bay photos from the 70's!
